How to make balloon garland?
1. Inflating balloons wiht different sizes and tie them. Use the tying tool can save your time.
2. Puting the end of the inflated balloon into the small hole of the arch strip tape to ensure that it does not come out. Match balloons of different colors and sizes to make the balloon arch look better.
3. Using tape or rope to fix the finished balloon garland to make the perfect shape you want.
4. If you think the balloon arch is not full and perfect, you can use glue dots to stick more balloons on it.
