With 3 tiers of varying arch adjustment, you can easily change the setting of the back stretcher to suit your needs. We recommend starting on the first, most shallow level and as your back muscles develop and loosen over time advance to the second and third angles. With 20 acupuncture points corresponding to the lumbar region of the spine, the back stretcher effectively relieves tension and pain in your back.
